What we collect

When someone creates a Family Memory Profile, we collect the purchaser and recipient email addresses, the display name and messages they provide, and any family photos they upload. Stripe processes payment information; we do not receive card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information only to create, host, and deliver the private Family Memory Profile, confirm the recipient’s email before attaching it to an app, and provide requested support. Photos are not public and are not bundled into the generic Family Sudoku app.

Who can see a profile

A recipient must enter the private family invitation and confirm through the designated email address before the app receives the profile. The purchaser can remove individual photos in the configuration wizard. A recipient can remove a profile from their own device in Settings.

Deletion and corrections

Reply to any Family Sudoku order or confirmation email to request deletion or correction of a profile, its photos, or its messages. We will verify the request against the purchaser or recipient email before acting.

No ads or sale of personal data

We do not run ads, sell family photos or profile data, or use them to train public models.

Photo permission

Uploaders must have permission from the people shown in every photo they add.
